Desmond O'Connor An internationally acclaimed Musical comedian and MC, Desmond O’ Connor is one of the most popular acts on the UK Burlesque and Variety scene. A former musical director of the Cambridge Footlights, he performs regularly at shows, festivals as far afield as London, Dublin and an acclaimed appearance at the New York Burlesque Festival 2008. His bawdy and sometimes darkly humorous lyrics all pour from his trusty ukulele which has been by his side during his own vaudevillian extravaganza, “And the Devil May Drag You Under” and the host of The Bizarre Ball in 2008.
